Malte Hyllested Börgesen is a Solution Architect at Trustworks at Trustworks. I know Malte as a highly skilled consultant with a combination of high technical knowledge and commercial understanding. Additionally Malte was successfully inserted several times to handle and turn around/convert bad customer relationships to a positive outcome, by delivering results. In the time I worked together Malte did a secondment at the AMCS department in Boston. The goal was to ensure aligned delivery processes for the Intelligent Optimisation products in the US team. Additionally it was to train and bring up the knowledgebase of the team of consultants at the location. He did this and more and earned the Senior Consultant role. Malte is very ambitious and wants to contribute by taking on responsibility and be involved in decision making. I appreciated Malte's high level of professionalism and that I could always trust him and often use him as a sparring partner. It was obvious to me, that he has the potential, talent and interest to take on a role with even more responsibility. I would be happy to work with Malte again in the future and even work in a team lead by him."
