In my role, I have advised and assisted clients from various industries on their ERP and cloud transformation journeys and how to structure their IT landscape to reach economies of scale.

I managed customer-oriented projects and drove strategic projects that sat the strategic direction for the Supply and Operation area. As a subject-matter-expert (SME) in supply chain, I participated in various cross-functional projects in the business and within IT, where I was the product owner for developing and implementing the new CRM system, Salesforce.

Bagsværd

Worked on the largest IT investment project in Novo Nordisk's history. The aim of the Program was to replace the old ERP system with SAP and PAS-X (MES) solution in Novo Nordisk factories in France, USA, Denmark, and Russia. In Russia, I was stationed for 6 months on an Extended Business Trip, where I drove the local project and managed a local team of 15+ people. During my four years, I worked with all aspects of an ERP implementation. My role entailed being the bridge between the IT specialists and the users. I drove various work-packages and cross-functional project activities to ensure the Programs met its deliverables and the go-live and implementation of the new ERP system was a success. Following a go-live, I was responsible for finalising the project and handover to operations.

The job was centred in the department, Business Alliance which aimed at enhancing main business processes. I participated in all cross-functional projects, herein development of IT systems to ensure that the strategic goals of the company were reached.
