I helped establish a Junior Consultants Team in Trustworks during 2022, because I love working with young, ambitious and talented people. I worked on the largest IT investment project in Novo Nordisk's history. The aim of the project was to replace the old ERP system with SAP and PAS-X (MES) solution in all Novo Nordisk factories. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES & HIGHLIGHTS:⭐️ Supporting Project Managers and the rest of the project to develop, standardise, and optimise processes. ⭐️ Driving the Digital Transformation with the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) throughout Global IT. ⭐️ Helping design, develop and implement the initial SAFe Roadmap for the PS@SAP project. ⭐️ Planning and helping to facilitate PI-Plannings for the entire department. ⭐️ PS@SAP was highlighted as a best practice example for agile implementation at Novo Nordisk.
