With 15 years of experience in the industry, I drive the development of advanced surveillance systems that cater to both national and international markets.My role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring that our products and solutions are designed to meet the highest standards of security, quality, and innovation. I manage the end-to-end product design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into robust, market-ready solutions. This includes identifying customer needs, setting design specifications, and overseeing prototyping and testing phases.In addition, enhancing R&D processes, driving efficiency and innovation by implementing best practices and emerging technologies. I ensure that all product development aligns with regulatory requirements and market standards, both domestic and international, through comprehensive product compliance management. This includes STQC certifications, adherence to government mandates, and ensuring that all solutions are not only cutting-edge but also fully compliant with industry standards.Recently, we achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first Indian CCTV company to receive the Essential Requirement Certificate from STQC, showcasing our commitment to excellence.At Sparsh, we are dedicated to building a secure, self-reliant India through constant innovation and indigenous technology, and I’m proud to play a part in this mission every day.
