• Carry out market research to identify opportunities for developing new products • Making changes to existing products. • Identify & survey future product requirements. • Review published research reports to identify gaps in the market that company could meet.• Analyze own products and those of competitors, comparing performance and features with current market requirements. • New product feature requirement generation.• Involvement in new product concept brainstorming meetings. • Prepare materials and presentations for project updates/reviews.• Approvals to development team on implementation strategy• Manages all product Development projects & prioritise features according to market requirement.• Regular follow up for status of projects with development team.• To find out reference products for development team in order to develop feature.• Technical support to testing team to test product, testing of the release. • Bug reporting, tracking of the product development according to the PRD.• Study of various competitor's product to compare or product development • Assistance to the team in testing, review of test results • Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.• Work with vendors to identify issues with incoming products.• Advise vendors on best practices and methods to correct issues.• Review of test reports & fault analysis of service & support reports.• Continuous improvement in the existing product• Assist with managing the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase. • Approves the final product photography and ensure that the catalog photography is accurate. • Initiates collateral requests within the Creative Department and/or with outside service vendors.
