Initiated the integration of all internal Business Units from a subsurface engineering perspective to deliver value to Internal and external clients. Created tangible value addition for the clients and Baker Hughes by integrating technology, subsurface solutions and commercial models for execution. Major projects completed include:• Creating and influencing change in production strategy for one of the prolific tight carbonate reservoirs in region in collaboration with client, by undertaking reservoir level study and managing operational execution strategies.• Initiated and delivered a study that led to the successful execution of the first proppant fracturing treatment in tight carbonate in country assets, changing the methodology from previously used acid fracturing.• Multiple Studies from an integrated well solutions approach such as optimized Fracture Treatments and ESP application in dump flood wells from an integrated well solutions approach led to improvement in reservoir optimization, operational and commercial efficiencies. • Provided broad technical support to internal business units for ICD optimization, stimulation, fracturing, artificial lift, etc. • Improved production while optimizing OPEX optimisation for client by undertaking solutions based approach and multiple reservoir engineering studies resulting in single company execution, completion and delivery of oil and gas wells.

Reservoir Engineer (Regional); Pressure Pumping– Baker Hughes, UAEProvided reservoir and subsurface support for all Production Enhancement (Fracturing, Stimulation and Water Conformance) projects for all countries in the IGI Geo-Market (UAE, Oman, Qatar, India, Pakistan, Iraq and Pakistan) by adding value to Production Enhancement delivery package through integration of execution, technology, production optimization studies and subsurface solutions. Major projects completed include:• Production optimization by influencing multi-stage hydraulic fracturing design through reservoir simulation in horizontal wells for MEDCO, Indonesia.• Horizontal well length optimization, multi-stage fracturing design and production optimization across complete project from drilling to production for ONGC, India. This resulted in successful execution of the first four horizontal wells ever fractured in the field.• Performed production forecast and formation evaluation through calculation of skin and quantifying pre- and post-acidisation, for wells in India, Abu Dhabi and Oman. • Developed optimised field-based hydraulic fracturing strategy (transverse and longitudinal) for injector and producer wells for Cairn, India through reservoir simulation.• Integrated Production Enhancement study including completion deployment optimisation for ADMA, UAE, for maximum reach contact horizontal wells.• Optimised proppant volumes through production sensitivity analysis for offshore fracturing campaign for Bunduq, UAE.

Reservoir Engineering AnalysisCarried out detailed Nodal Analysis including pressure traverse calculations across well bore & surface lines and generating pressure drop profiles for numerical simulation purposes.Carried out Daily Performance Analysis of Wells & Field; working with Aspen One data interface; Decline Curve Analysis, Pressure & temperature monitoring.Carried out Pressure build up analysis in Ecrin/Pansys for vertical as well as horizontal wells.
