Document Control and Reporting to Government of QSHE Management System at Pulogadung, Surabaya and Karawang Plant

Coach, develop & lead a dedicated team of site-based HSE professionals; Work closely with Line managers & Supervisors to foster a strong HSE culture & stimulate line ownership of HSE within the Asset; Provide specialist HSE advice, assistance & support to line managers & supervisors as required; Demonstrate visible HSE leadership by regular visits to operational sites, presentations to crews & occasionally covering for direct reports; Support the implementation & achievement of HSE objectives & performance targets for the Asset; Implement assigned responsibilities as outlined in the HSE Work Plan; Confirm that HSE risks are identified & controlled according to Company & Petroleum HSE standards, policies & practices; Be proficient in key HSE processes and procedures such as control of work, risk assessment & incident investigation; Monitor the effectiveness of all HSE programs, procedures & practices, & feed back to the Asset operations & engineering functions; Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management through identification, assessment & control of material HSE risks; Promote a learning organization & initiatives that address both personal & process safety challenges; Provide technical support for collecting, measuring, storing, tracking & analysing HSE performance data; Provide oversight of & facilitate HSE audits, reviews & assessments, including contractor audits; Support & coach key Operations & Engineering personnel in appropriate HSE leadership; Review & provide HSE training to meet operational needs, facilitate the delivery of new HSE training; Liaise with Operations & Engineering staff on all HSE initiatives, promote active employee engagement, lead by example; Support the preparation & delivery of periodic HSE Management Reviews to Operations Leadership; Oversee the delivery of Occupational Health programs; Network with Functional HSE Specialists & peers to utilize Best Practices & Lessons Learned.
