• Provisioning, modifying, and managing customer capacity on Anaplan’s production platform. • Work with enterprise tools like Jira, Salesforce, Rundeck, etc., to execute customer product fulfillment• Identify possible areas of automation and write scripts to reduce manual efforts wherever possible and work with Dev and Site Reliability teams towards automation. • Monitoring, metrics, and KPIs for platform provisioning process and capacity planning • Gathering workspace requirements from other internal Anaplan teams which includes but is not limited to Sales Operations, Customer Support, Level3 & Level1 production support teams, and internal AoA team. • Respond to queries sent by the SalesOps team via email and Salesforce portal related to Anaplan workspaces and capacity. • Create and update runbooks and other associated documentation• Collect and propagate data into multiple Anaplan applications and wiki pages. • Manage capacity for Anaplan’s encryption service offering – “bring your own key (BYOK)” and provision new capacity for new customer growth. • Participate in Post Incident Review and corrective action exercises as needed.• Working with Level3 support and Site Reliability team to debug production workspaces provisioning issues.• This work requires speed, accuracy, and attention to detail so need practice improving speed and accuracy on a day-to-day basis.• Work on deprecating data of customers who left the Anaplan platform.
