Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in themarket & evolving new models.Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes.Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments.Strong negotiation skills & handling client escalations effectively and promptly.
