• Manage small to medium integration, utilization, and maintenance projects according to SOW’s, including pre-sales support, when required:o Being responsible for all project phases (from kick-off, requirements definition, solution delivery, set-up of the GHX services incl. interfaces with 3rd parties, user acceptance testing, go-live, evaluation) o Translating customer requirements into a project scope description and implementation advice o According to GHX project methodology standards (e.g. clear communication, documentation, testing, training)o Complete project assessment and sign-off including documentation of lessons learnt and handover the to the customer care functions • Manage internal GHX projects that improve and support corporate metrics (including operational improvements and standardization); new GHX product launches (e.g. input, validation, manage pilot implementations) • Act as the primary technical account contact for customers (for configuration and set-up), as well as handling escalations from operations; processing client change requests • Set-up and provide customer user training and customer application support training• Deliver internal reporting on integration, content and standard activities status; project implementation status; provide capacity and technology planning • Conduct regular customer meetings to review implementation progress and manage the communication of customer needs with other GHX departments as part of the integration process and to ensure client satisfaction

Primary responsibilities included improving ASN conformance and accuracy metrics with EAME internal customers.• Represent client facilities as the EDI Coordinator responsible for contacting suppliers on EDI conformance and accuracy issues• Assisting suppliers in providing quality EDI transactions to improve client facility receiving and inventory accuracy• Identify, prioritize and contact suppliers not (always) sending EDI transactions• Identify, analyse, prioritize and contact suppliers with EDI accuracy issues to determine Root Cause Corrective Action and inform Client Facing staff off situations that need further resolution• Support material availability and inventory accuracy by ensuring EDI transactions are not interrupted during transitions from Legacy to more modern systems such as Mach1.• Work with Global Purchasing to ensure supplier continuous compliance with Corporate policy/practices regarding EDI by escalating issues with non-compliant suppliers

An Order fulfillement Analyst (OFA) coordinates the supply chain and procurement of spare parts for the suppliers linked to his desk. Furthemore he contributes to a timely processing of dealer back orders. This is done by:- Emergency back-order expediting - provide timely & reliable Estimate Shipping Date to customer- Analyze &act on back-order & past due root cause- Pro actively work with supplier to optimize supplier relationship and follow up on supplier shipping performance- Initiate supplier education via supplier visits or conference calls- Resolve grief & system workload within the expected timeframe- Cooperation with internal business partners such as Purchasing, Quality Control, Operations, Account Payable, ASN Team, Contract Packager
