Technical Edi Account Manager
Current- Manage small to medium integration, utilization, and maintenance projects according to SOW’s, including pre-sales support, when required:o Being responsible for all project phases (from kick-off, requirements.
- Manage internal GHX projects that improve and support corporate metrics (including operational improvements and standardization); new GHX product launches (e.g. input, validation, manage pilot implementations)
- Act as the primary technical account contact for customers (for configuration and set-up), as well as handling escalations from operations; processing client change requests
- Set-up and provide customer user training and customer application support training
- Deliver internal reporting on integration, content and standard activities status; project implementation status; provide capacity and technology planning
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review implementation progress and manage the communication of customer needs with other GHX departments as part of the integration process and to ensure client satisfaction
