It was established in 1978 and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1999.Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive market research encompassing the MENA, Europe, and USA markets to discern prevailing customer trends, analyze competitor offerings, and gather demographic data.• Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present the recommendations to management.• Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.• Assist the marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, and sales enablement.• Manage Google Ads accounts, GMBs, and newsletters.• Manage the website content and design through CMS depending on my experience in product management, SEO, UI/UX design, and my knowledge in HTML & CSS.• Work closely with the web development team to revamp the websites and fix bugs.• Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.

Spacetoon is one of the greatest content providers in MENA since 2000. It is well known for Spacetoon channel, the first kids TV channel in the region. It also has a Video-on-Demand (VOD) application called Spacetoon Go.Responsibilities:• Perform in-depth market analysis spanning the MENA markets to uncover current customer trends and evaluate competitor product offerings.• Collaborate in the execution of Google Ads paid campaigns and participate in the management of Spacetoon Go application listings on digital stores.• Execute targeted in-app notification campaigns customized for individual user personas.• Examine the performance of marketing campaigns and content plans through a careful assessment of KPIs.• Develop a comprehensive content strategy for the company, serving as a content provider, while concurrently devising content strategies for both the television channel and the Video-on-Demand (VOD) application.• Craft and implement a comprehensive set of content policies and guidelines to govern content management and distribution.• Oversee the content team and monitor the content production process.• Closely collaborate with the app development team to introduce new app features and elevate the user experience by conducting in-depth analysis of user interactions within the application.• Collaborate closely with creative teams to generate innovative branding concepts, design graphic assets, produce promotional materials, and craft compelling advertising copies.• Contact animation studios and actively participate in industry events related to the content and entertainment sector.

Syriatel is the largest and oldest mobile carrier operating in the Syrian Arab Republic. Syriatel is a publicly traded telecommunications company founded in 2000. I worked for iSHOW, the first VOD mobile application in Syria.Responsibilities:• Conduct in-depth analysis of the Syrian market, focusing on the identification of expected customer personas.• Manage and provide guidance to a team comprising 30 part-time interns.• Collaborate with the technical team in the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with a focus on enhancing functionality and optimizing the user experience.• Create robust content strategies aligned with organizational goals and audience preferences, proving valuable insights into content selection and evaluation.• Establish and enforce content policies and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality standards, contributing to the overall coherence of the iSHOW application.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of content strategies and align them with broader business objectives.
