CurrentEngaged and Overseeing Drafting, Vetting and negotiating of Business Contracts, acting as in charge of all Civil and Criminal matters as well as enquiries pertaining to ED/EOW/ CBI/ CID/ Police authorities; Expertise in Arbitration Law; Coordinating with Counsels and attending Court matters; Vetting of replies and providing solutions to Investor grievance team in crucial matters; Creating & enabling a legal framework and policies within the company for high business growth; Interfacing with external legal consultants & counsels and working closely with user teams of other departments; Legal and Strategic Advisory regarding the actions and measures necessary to secure/facilitate compliance with the aforementioned obligations and Business growth; Co-ordinating with Regulators for compliance issues/Regulatory affairs; Empaneling Vendors for business interface development
