Tasks include: -Lead customer discovery and UX research with WANDR’s US Air Force clients -Conducts business reviews for clients on utilizing WANDR”s UX audit and design services for ongoing projects. -Developed website (dcaredesign.org/lab) and GIS coursework for civil servants in the LAB at DCA [Department of Cultural Affairs] - a city staff incubator for digital literacy and innovative practices at the Department of Cultural Affairs. -As a lead advisor in civic research projects, I worked with teams to catalog data sources for querying and analysis. Next, I created workflow protocols of data collection through mobile apps and web applications. -Lead development of web applications for data-informed decision making and project metrics associated with public art, urban planning and placemaking. -Worked with DCA Staff to utilize GIS/geoprocessing and spatial analysis visualization (ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, Tableau Public and ESRI Javascript API) to develop decision criteria with data in public engagement projects.

-As a customer success manager, I oversaw 17 accounts totaling an estimated 2 Million dollars in yearly revenue from CA State level to countywide enterprises including: Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego County, San Bernardino and Riverside County. SaaS product focused on creating user-friendly interface and cloud storage for government enterprise data. -Key role in advising partners on how to utilize Socrata’s platform for internal and open data practices. -Conducted business reviews for clients on utilizing platform’s data services for ongoing projects. Used technical expertise in web development to scope product recommendations for client assessment studies-Project managed web information products integrating quantitative analysis, open data solutions and web applications with civic projects.
