- Generate, edit and publish periodically social media content across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.- Develop social media content strategies and plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. - Manage a high volume of daily social media posts.- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.- Perform other duties when needed.- Coordinate with designers and account managers to ensure content is informative and appealing.- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis.
