During this internship, I learned various principles and had a detailed study and analysis at a mechanical powerplant. I learned the uses of a lathe machine, CNC machine, milling, and boring machine especially in the cases of dredging, servicing of engine components, welding and fabrication, and hydraulic cylinders . I also did training at the Blue Light Industry (Foundry) where I studied the use of furnaces and how CAD design is implemented in making models. Spent 2 days at Diesel Marine International and learned on the bases of servicing on marine engine components and also studied about cathodes and anodes being used in metal plating in various projects.
