As a concierge at Verve Senior Living, I provide exceptional customer service and support to the residents and staff of a luxury retirement community. I also volunteer at mass vaccination clinic locations throughout the Region of Peel and in the emergency department at Etobicoke General Hospital, where I assist visitors and patients through the triage process, with wayfinding, and monitoring symptoms as patients wait. I have over two years of experience in health-related roles, including health surveillance screener at the University Health Network and health screener at Verve Senior Living. I have developed skills in screening, volunteering, workshops, and first aid. As of June 2023, I have successfully completed my Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science at the University of Toronto Mississauga, where I graduated with High Distinction with a GPA of 3.80. I have received the UTM Dean's Scholar Award four times for achieving a GPA greater than 3.50 in each of my four years. I am passionate about learning and contributing to the health and well-being of others and dedicated to reaching my goals.
