 Support the Service Delivery Leader to increase service availability of the client’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services for the scope of integrated services. Acting as a focal point for making innovation happen. Drive improved insights and automation as part of Transformation initiatives to improve service delivery and process improvements. Focus on end-to-end solution. Coordinate and integrate delivery across the full stack.  Understand service lifecycle of client’s applications and IT infrastructure. Create and drive the account Transformation Roadmap as per account requirement. Utilize automation expertise in transforming the account operations and to achieve improvements in efficiency and cost savings to meet management targets. Responsible for driving the development and Implementation of automation playbooks for all service lines including compliance via Ansible Tower.  Develop new or enhance existing Ansible playbooks or scripts to enhance automation coverage.  Apply DevOps practices to support continuous development and integration. Technically mentor platform support teams when they have difficulties or queries relating to issues. Review and signoff process, ensuring delivered solutions are secure, supportable, transitioned, fit for purpose and audit proof. Review and provide inputs for SOWs, Tech Briefs, HLDs and LLDs as part of architecture review board.

My work makes sure the environment hosted in the UKI runs smoothly.Achievements: Awarded by Certification of Appreciation by Customer. Successful completion of VDi infrastructure transition to offshore.

 Successful completion of transition, Playback session and arranged signoff from a US Bank for vDI infrastructure transition to HCL.  Windows and VMware Infrastructure management of ESX 4.X, ESXi5, VMware SRM and VMware View Manager 4.5Achievements: Awarded by Certification of Appreciation for the effort towards "Wintel Projects!!” Awarded by Certification of Appreciation for the effort towards "Vdi Transition!!”
