Project Title: Study of two DSR profiles & application recommendation for adhesives DSRsProject Details:• Performed detailed contextual study to understand profile of a DSR from process & platform point of view• Summarized pain points, redundancies through affinity diagram and identified use cases of technology• Finalized the deliverable on basis of business requirements, competitor analysis & industry standards• Built, validated and refined the prototype in concurrence with the business teams & potential end users• Proposed technical architecture for the application leveraging the existing IT infrastructure in place

• Provided SAP functional consulting in Sales and Distribution domain predominantly to manufacturing clients• Performed requirement gathering, GAP analysis and business process blue printing for the projects• Prepared functional and technical specifications documents to assists developers in build, UT and IT phase• Trained approximately 100 SAP key users through web conferencing, on the job support and documentation• Implemented 6 service improvement plans which helped in ease of use of software & process simplification• Performed Quarterly & Yearly Ticket Analysis which helped in Trend Identification, RCA & volume forecasts• Collaborated with 8 teams in site calls to understand requirements & issues faced by users related to logistics
