Role : Sr. Business Analyst .As Snr BA:  Planned, coordinated and successfully completed requirement elicitation with business stake holders. Ensured Scope is defined. Analyzed business requirements to formulate and propose solutions in line with business expectations. Hands on experience in preparing Business/ Functional requirement documents, Use case documents, Traceability Matrix and user interfaces designs. Participated and successfully guided design, development, testing and operations teams by conducting user training workshops. Ensured accurate and timely review & sign off of Test scenarios, Test cases and Test plans. Trained and mentored new joinee’s/ Jr. BA’s with help of project training material. Owned, created and managed knowledge repository.Additional responsibilities: Ensured Successful closure of UAT with timely sign off. Served as single-point-of-contact (SPC) for weekly project status, open issues and escalations.  Ensured timely and effective communication for project risks and escalations to Program Manager.

 Delivered Test Plan, Test Strategy document. Analyzed Functional Requirement Documents based on which I achieved test scenarios, test cases for functional testing. Actively involved in providing functional inputs to testers, participating in defect tracking meetings and evaluating the severity/ priority of defects Build of the various file formats like PAYMUL, ANSI, IDOC, CP2E for testing purpose as a part of test data. I ensured and successful execution of test cases within the required timelines.
