• Worked on leading steel manfacturing company. Handled Raw material handling system (RMHS) and Energy management department (EMD) package. • Responsible for monitoring and tracking of schedule on Primavera P6 basis productivity and progress, preparation of liquidation plan and monthly targets for Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Piping works. • Developed detailed tracking mechanism for RMHS and EMD for monitoring of civil, structural and mechanical works and updation of tracker on weekly basis. Highlighted the trend analysis and asking rate along with issues for completion and commissioning of RMHS and EMD. • Carried out route wise productivity analysis along with manpower/gang requirement for civil works, structural fabrication and erection, pipe fabrication and laying, equipment erection, electrical works, belt laying and incorporated the same in the P6 schedule.• DPR assessment, preparation of progress reports on monthly and weekly basis, Resource planning and forecast as per productivity analysis, identification of key risks, issues and timely escalation to senior management

• Studied the metrorail planning and station area design of Mumbai Metro Line- 03 (Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ line).• Worked as an intern for the Projects (Civil) Department of MMRCL (Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited) at Package-01 (Colaba - Hutatma Chowk)and Package-03 (Mumbai Central - Worli). The project was the construction of an underground metro tunnel using TBM &NATM and stationsthrough Cut &cover method.• Work consisted of assisting the site engineer. Also got enlightened about the working of various departments and the practical difficulties that were facedduring the execution of work.
