Skill Development & Employability, NSDC Projects (UDAAN) & Govt Projects and CSR ProjectsPurpose - To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization by providing best in class Employability support for our Skill Development projects in an utmost professional manner.Key Responsibilities:-• Strategize and define the Employability & Post Employment support process and policies in-line with the set standards• Planning, forecasting and validating the Employability needs and mapping it with the internal requirement, Client requirement & skilled available talent pool.• Prepare, update and Standardize the version-controlled forms and templates used for Employability and maintaining the repository of the same. This includes Application forms, Feedback forms, CV/Resume writing, Interview Skills, and Career Planning.• Arranging visits to Big Bazar, FBB, HomeTown, Central, Brand Factory, Food Hall, Ezone, Food Bazaar (All Future Group Outlets) and other corporate visits.• Organize in-depth self-assessment workshops, including interest and personality testing.• Identifying Job opportunities with Corporate and placing the Skilled Candidates.• Creating visibility and promoting recruitment activities through social media which primarily includes LinkedIn• Responsible for new candidates onboarding formalities, new hire induction training about the enrolled program through Instructor Led programs and CRT.• Organizing career fairs, Counseling, Grooming students from Udaan project and other CSRs• Overall tracking of the Employability data and sharing weekly & Monthly reports on the same with the management.• Post Employability Support (PES) to the placed Candidates

• Establish a network of relevant partners and Govt. departments.• Assisting Senior Management in designing the processes, functional and operational aspects of projects• Managed Financial Inclusion project for various RRBs, Cooperative Banks• Managed e-Mitra project for Govt of Rajasthan and closely worked with the IT Secretary of Rajasthan Govt. • Promoting and performing all product developmental activities like operations of existing BCAs and appointment of new BCAs. (Banking Correspondence Agents), New Activations and their bugs.• Overseeing compliance requirements in accordance with RBI Guidelines• Appointing and managing of Partner for the successful implementation of the Project.• Training partner on e-Mitra & Financial Inclusion projects, and in constant touch with external stakeholders (DOIT) and internal stakeholders (HCL Management Team)• Coordinating with internal and external marketing team for execution of plans

The operational role which comprised of auditing / reviewing budgets, work plans & reporting of progress reports to Management.• Visiting partners and organizations throughout the country and evaluating the progress, understand the needs for future development areas & recommending for funding &operational support• Monitoring and evaluating activities ensuring all projects meet standards and are completed on schedule.• Review & Finalize project Utilization Reports• Represent THF at conferences, events, and other strategically important seminars• Guide new partners on THF policies and procedures for the proposal submission process.• Responsible for implementing activities in accordance with the project for activity budgets• Develop and monitor the grant agreements and sub-agreements for project partners• Assist in the implementation of other programs activities across the nation.

• Relationship Management and effective communication with Internal and External stakeholders.• Managed daily communication with International suppliers on product availability, samples pricing, delivery schedules, documents, and other required information.• Responsible for expediting deliveries from international suppliers for our Fortune client• Keep track on priority orders like overnight & 2nd-day delivery orders.• Ensure timely goods receipt as per purchase order terms and condition.• Ensuring that each and every open order gets touched on a daily basis and closes before the TAT

• Investigating the cases of fraud and ensure adequate preventative controls to minimize the risk of fraudulent activities.• Providing support to the queries and complaints of customers, in case of fraud – routing them to customer care.• Analyze trends and maintain a proper record of suspicious activities.• Responsible for providing necessary recommendations for loss mitigation as required.• Liaise with Investigation team & the Issuer bank on the cases of fraud and chargeback via email, phone, and fax.• Training of team on a monthly basis.• The card collection of Bucket 7 legal Recovery Team(LRT)• Tracing of the skip customer through various channels.• Filing of Sec. 138 on the cheque return cases and also keeping status for Summons and Warrants.
