Current@Responsible for Supplier upgradation ,Process Improvement and reduce PPM and improve part quality .-@Currently handling Casting ,sheet metal ,Machining ,Centerless Grinding , Rubber ,Surface coating-@Handling overseas supplier and quality issues , Supplier Audits .-@Responsible for new developments and get part as per decided time line by using APQP and also responsible for PPAP approval and Check supplier process by product & Process audit & Supplier System audit .-@Providing Technical support to supplier in PPM reduction and lead Problem solving team to resolve the issue and deliver the correct part to customer .-@ Responsibility to monitor the supplier performance by supplier rating and work for improvement of worst supplier .- @Working for Day to day issues with supplier and plant quality and data analysis by using DMAIC problem solving practices .-@Responsible to initiate and implement quality action plans with suppliers to achieve the quality targets defined for each supplier, as well as to support Category Purchasing to conclude Quality-Delivery-Agreement (QDA).-@Participates in interdisciplinary Regional Sourcing meeting ensuring that the supplier selection with quality std and quality issues and also support to find best supplier in term of cost -@Give Training to supplier to apply the supplier quality Manual and development methods, standards, tools and comply with the processes and governance rules.-@Responsible for SPC & MSA and FMEA review at supplier end and implement last lesson leant to get the desired quality product at the Time of new development .-@Responsible submit MIS report on weekly basis about incoming quality and Supplier quality assurance ( SQA) & New vendor development status .-@Responsible for QMS and Implementation of Quality Std. ( ISO9001 & IATF 16949 and Customer System audits ).-@Responsible for Internal system audit and Third party QMS audits and Certification Audits & NC Closure .
