Current● Providing holistic technical assistance to users, swiftly addressing hardware, software, and network issues to uphold operational efficiency and user satisfaction. ● Orchestrating Azure cloud services management, overseeing provisioning, monitoring, and resource optimization to ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness in alignment with organizational goals. ● Implementing ITIL incident management practices, which involve categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving issues, with a dedication to ongoing enhancement and comprehensive follow-up. ● Configuring and troubleshooting networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure seamless connectivity and robust network performance. ● Efficiently managing ticketing systems, prioritizing and categorizing support requests, and tracking resolution progress to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed user expectations. ● Orchestrating the entire IT hardware and software lifecycle, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure seamless operations. ● Executing the installation, configuration, and deployment of IT systems and applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to meet organizational requirements. ● Administrating the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and data security compliance. ● Overseeing Active Directory services, managing user accounts, group policies, and security permissions to maintain proper access control and adhere to best practices.
