Managing sales program for SME Business' in India market, focusing on regional deployment of Advertising products, outsourced operations, performance management and driving sales excellence. - Currently lead one of APAC's Sales program dedicated to managing top spending advertisers and agencies within India SME segment- Work closely with multiple vendor partners in region to deploy Meta's ads platform and solutions- Develop, design and implement strategies for scaling sales programs to fuel the growth of Small Businesses- Deliver against quarterly targets in revenue, product adoption and customer satisfaction for Both high spending advertiser cohorts and PAN India Agencies. - Manage progress against revenue goals and manage vendor performance to meet/ exceed operational and productivity metrics- Collaborate with global cross functional teams to plan and execute program changes and improvements

• Forecast, Plan & achieve renewal and upsell targets for 80,000 high-Value accounts • Servicing strategy and Business Analytics for the division to achieve above targets. • Customer Lifecycle Management – Mapping customer onboarding and subsequent lifecycle for the best customer experience. • Customer relationship Management – Root cause analysis of customer NPS to find opportunity areas. • Product excellence – Driving process improvements through analytics and insights into sales behavior leading to customer retention.
