Leading Subscriber Data Solutions, an organization of over 20 team members – consisting of data engineers, data architects, quality analysts, and technical project managers. Responsible for the accuracy and reporting of Disney Streaming’s Paid Subscriber base (currently at 116 million subscribers) and Signups globally across all business verticals of Disney+, Star+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Hotstar by partnership and platform. - Hired and managed ICs, managers, and contractors scaling from 10 members to 20 members in under 6 months and merged together the DSS and Hulu subscriber data teams into one organization.- Re-organized the team into embedded Subscriber verticals for core growth & churn, partnership, platform, regional analytics, and core data integration.- Partnered with Analytics, Data Science, Data Product, & Data Governance teams to increase data reliability, expand core data models, document data lineage, and increase data scalability for both batch and real-time reporting processes.- Built unified subscriber data model & ETL providing deduplicated subscriber metrics across all streaming service powering Global Executive Reporting, Subscriber Operational Analytics, Financial Reporting, & Churn Measurement- Driving the migration and re-architecture of over 230 TBs of subscriber data from Snowflake ELT to Databricks and Delta Lake for ETL for cost-savings and scalability.

Led two teams of BI Engineers and Data Architects within PepsiCo’s e-Commerce division – supporting insights on over $1.5 billion in annual sales (including competitor market share analysis, out-of-stock geo-tracking, and indexing to AOP). Led migration to Snowflake and DBT / Airflow to modernize our data warehouse from SQL Server / SSIS. - Migrated over 2TB of data from SQL Server to Snowflake in partnership with our Data Engineering organization, moving away from a de-normalized Kimball based design to a Data Vault design.-Architecting a unified semantic data layer Information Mart in Snowflake with DBT (Data Build Tool) as the backbone of our process, which provides DAG presentation of pipelines, dependency management, and integrated/automated unit testing and documentation.- Leading discussions and provision planning with our AWS IOps team for standing up a standalone e-Commerce Tableau Server to deliver better analytics performance and customization for both the development projects of my BI team and self-service projects of our stakeholders.- Empowered our Agile development process with better insights by creating a suite of live Tableau reports from our JIRA sprint data and directing my Analytics engineers to create a dockerized Airflow data extraction process from the JIRA API.

Managed a team of BI developers for the Analytics division of a growing technical consulting firm - partnered directly with Tableau Global Services. Trained the division on best practices for performance, scaling, and securing of analytical platforms. Implemented and led delivery of data pipelines utilizing database management, modelling, query planning, and ETL process design. Clients included Anheuser-Busch, NBC Universal, Nationwide Insurance, Kraft-Heinz, ADP, New York-Dept. of Health, Deloitte, Novo Nordisk, QVC, ISDA - Re-designed an IQVIA customer data warehouse running on AWS Redshift and optimized it for self-service analytics consumption and data governance in Tableau for a large Pharma company – converted a snowflake schema into a de-normalized star data model, selected ZSTD compression encoding, distribution and compound sort keys allowing interactive querying by reducing average query read time from 8 minutes to 18 seconds within the Tableau analytics platform. Managed 2 junior developers in implementing and testing build out.- Scoped professional service hours and AWS services for pre-sales engineering & CEO while building client relationships and data strategies - securing three large projects for over $950,000 in revenue for the Tableau / Big Data Analytics division.

- Led a joint AWS/Tableau pilot experiment for a large casualty insurance company to migrate on-prem analytics platform to AWS.- Uploaded Hadoop to AWS EMR (Hive, Spark, and Presto execution engines) and Databricks (Spark-as-Service) via AWS Snowball. Integrated into Tableau running on AWS EC2 load tested for performance metrics using Tabjolt.- Upgraded the enterprise Tableau Server platform consisting of 5 production and 8 non-production environments for a Fortune 50 entertainment company. - Architected database connection process to external Postgres database to support client ingest of ad sale data utilizing firewall and DMZ based proxy servers.- Installed Tableau Server using a high-availability cluster configuration with an external IIS web proxy to support BYOD mobile device access for a NY healthcare company.- Designed Tableau administration dashboards to support server architecture planning and user concurrency planning using Postgres SQL to connect to Tableau's internal database repository.- Provided strategic guidance to a healthcare trust insurer on Tableau Server architecture, data governance, and SDLC best practices for Dev/QA/Prod environments.- Developed ETL pipeline to integrate data into an AWS Redshift cluster for payroll processing client utilizing AWS S3, data pipeline, Lambda (Python), and SNS for user notifications.

Designed and managed SharePoint solution to support Connections Plus, the phone outreach program for high-risk, case managed members. Managed vendor relationship with TracFone (SafeLink/Net10) – leading weekly team meeting, coordinating weekly data feeds, and managed issue escalation. Provided reporting and analytics on clinical phone data throughout the enterprise.- Led IT effort to pilot health texting program with Voxiva. Performing requirements analysis for member data files and SFTP hierarchy for outbound member data. Coordinating communications and resolving gaps between marketing and the business partners for compliance approval. Co-designed response data file structures with technical partners and business owners in EDW and CRM. Serving as primary point of contact with vendor during project implementation and communicating priorities to internal stakeholders.- Managed relationship with TracFone - the vendor responsible for servicing the government-paid phones for over 100,000 health plan members and coordinated the expansion of the partnership into our Bridgeway, CountyCare, Sunshine, and New Hampshire health plans.- Designed and developed SharePoint solution to support electronic inventory management of phones for the in-house move of Connections Plus program saving Centene from hiring 2 addition FTE's for administrative support.- Integrated SharePoint solution to also manage healthcare member data for over 1200 high-risk health plan members.- Led project to convert Connections Plus from Sprint to Net10 phone vendor – cutting cost of the program from $70,000 per month to $40,000 per month.
