Provides service to clients, primarily at the buyer level but also at the corporate and end-user level as needed. AE's serve as liaisons between RPS Solutions and its clients, representing RPS to clients and advocating the needs of clients to RPS. The goal is to help RPS fill every FRC order as efficiently as possible, provide a positive buying experience to every client, and build strong relationships at every level of each client’s organization, especially at the buyer level.Proactively build positive relationships with district managers, HSE managers, buyers, and rig managers, primarily through phone contact, secondarily through e-mail, and occasionally through face-to-face contact and mail.

Regularly hold client appointments, build a loyal client base, consistently share the opportunity and sponsor others, work with each new personally sponsored Partner to achieve their Quick Start and promote to SP. Work with the team to achieve their personal sales and sponsoring goals.
