Conceptualize, develop, create and design electronic and print media for advertising, marketing, and public reach activities. Responsible for updating graphics and information and graphics on cityofhenderson.com.Develop, create, implement and measure a citywide electronic communication plan, including e-newsletters, e-postcards, and e-announcements, including recommendations for which programs to use and creating citywide standards.Provide photographic support citywide, including scheduling and assigning cases, providing training and guidance, organizing and archiving photos. Execute layout and rendering utilizing electronic design, illustration and photo software and hardware output devices. Establish appropriate type style, size and spacing, color and composition.
