Implementing AD- OHSMS (Abu Dhabi – Occupational Health & Safety Management System) in all nominated group companies by Sector Regulatory Authority (SRA – Department of Transport, Abu Dhabi).Develop and Implement ISO 9001 :2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards for Public Bus Transportation operations & maintenance in Al Ain city.Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for Public Bus Transportation operations in Al Ain city.Compliance with Department of Transport (DoT) and Abu Dhabi Emirate regulatory requirements.Accident Investigation for all kind of minor/major accidents, report preparation and submission to Department of Transport with CAPA ( corrective action and Preventive action) Trainings for Operational staff (Including Public Bus Drivers) and Maintenance staff for Quality Management, ENvironmental Management, health & Safety, Driving TechniquesInternal Audits/ 3rd party audits / Regulatory Audits, CAPA as required

Reporting to COO – Venus Pharma GmbH (Germany) . Looking individually business correspondence and orders / production/ dispatch for the countries of EU and MENA (Middle East & North African Countries).Acting as a bridge between Venus Pharma GmbH and Venus Remedies Limited for the production of the orders generated by Venus Pharma GmbH and artwork for the Packaging of the products for export. Assisting Manager – International Business for the GMP Inspections and Organinsing visits for Foreign delegations/ Business Associates/ Health Ministries of various countries.Procurement of raw materials and packaging materials globally, through knowledge of purchase procedure, sourcing, follow up with vendors for timely deliveries, preparation of MIS. Also looking into • Export Clearance. • Co – ordination with customers / overseas offices for arranging materials & dispatch of materials. • Preparation of Invoice (Proforma / Commercial Invoice)• Managing Administration work for Export / Import • Managing Deliveries/Stock for Export. • Generating various reports. • Coordination with Venus Pharma GmbH for MIS activities • Supply Chain Management (International logistics for export / import) • Export / Import Documentation
