I deal with MOJ portal claims for private and commercial vehicles, as well as road traffic accident claims, acting as UK handling agent on behalf of our French insurers.

I am a Senior Case Handler within the Personal Injury Motor Department at Basingstoke. I am responsible for all aspects of claims, from the outset through to final settlement or trial.My aim is to maximise compensation whilst ensuring that the client has the necessary legal advice to make informed decisions. I strive to achieve the highest standards of client care and delivery of a quality service. I am responsible for liaising with clients to identify all aspects of their claim. I will investigate liability and financial losses, obtain medical evidence in support of the claim and advise of the merits of any offers which are received. If it becomes necessary I will offer guidance and support to clients through any court proceedings, having been in attendance at several hearings with clients. I joined the firm in February 1989 as a secretary and have built up a large amount of experience and knowledge in Personal Injury Motor Claims since becoming a Case Handler in 1996.

This was a temporary position to cover Christmas and included stock room duties as well as assisting on the shop floor with customers and preparation for the sale following Christmas.

This was a role to provide secretarial support to the Sales, HR and Training Departments.For Sales I was involved in preparation and despatch of weekly sales targets to all stores within the sales region and preparation of reports following regional managers visits to stores. I also covered for the senior secretary whilst she was off sick or on annual leave supporting the Regional Manager.Involvement with HR and training included secretarial assistance with sending interview details to prospective employees, arranging accommodation for training days, and arranging training room for new employees.
