Confirmed patient insurance benefits with patient and insurance company, submitted accurate claims to insurance companies, file insurance appeals, File Pre-Determinations for patients to their insurance agent. Maintained insurance aging report to 30 days or less, post insurance payments to patients accounts, closed opened claims, and scanned EOB’s to patients charts. Accounts Receivable: Processed electronic monthly statements, followed up on past due invoices by calling the patients, post patient payments to accounts, issued overpayment refunds to patients. Presented treatment plans and scheduled treatment patients, answered phone calls and schedule cleaning appointments. Order front office supplies. Process monthly lab reports and assist dentist on dental emergencies when necessary
