As Director of Operations, I oversee the daily operations of the major rollouts, the project management team, as well as the field service teams. I manage the proposals, budget, scheduling and shipping for all rollout projects. Obtain data for each rollout, such as locations, tool requirements and timeframes. I handle the strategic consulting, including business plans and sales strategy development with the clients. I work with the account executive departments on a daily basis to ensure we are meeting the needs and expectations of every client.

At A1 Home Theater Satellite we operate under the Dish Network brand to service and sell satellite TV and internet service. We provide onsite support for Dish Networks customers when they have issues with their service and offer new satellite TV and internet service installation. As Director of Operations, I manage the daily operation for the entire business. We employ 20 technicians and 4 office personnel. Within the operations of the business I am responsible for all financial, payroll and inventory management for both our retail and service departments. I oversee our retail sales group, customer service department and field service team. I am also responsible for ensuring that our partnership with Dish Network remains strong by delivering metrics that exceed expectations.
