As Deputy MD my key areas of responsibility were extensive as part of a small team that included assisting in the preparation of a new franchise agreement liaising with company lawyers and then the implementation of the updated agreement across all operations in the UK and others across Europe. It was also a key duty of mine to ensure the company’s annual conference was arranged including assisting in organising flights, venues, required facilities and social program.
