Responsible for managing the revenue recognition process, Deliver company's monthly and yearly revenue forecast, Monitor order intake and maintain backlog, Complete and issue all customer invoices, Process customer receipts and monitor cash collections, Prepare reports, presentations and analyses required by senior management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, Assist Controller with all month end accounting activities, Track technical details of projects and notify management of any information that is likely to affect near or long term financial goals, Comply with deliverables established in internal financial reporting calendar, Coordinate activities with external auditors and external tax preparers to ensure that all information requests have been met

Manage the company's internal resource tracking spreadsheet for all current projects with input from technical/support groups, Act as liaison between project management, business development and finance teams to accurately capture activities in proposals and invoices, Initiate all new proposals in company's accounting system, Monitor near and long range timelines for project deliverables, Attend client meetings to monitor progress and capture amendments and project changes, Draft proposals and coordinate with clients on execution, Oversee invoicing process for all client deliverables, Work with Finance and BD teams on orders and revenue reporting
