Consults with leaders and staff throughout the organization on the continuous performance improvement process, organizational effectiveness, change management, and data collection & analysis processes. Identifies critical issues and facilitates the design and implementation of organization-wide performance improvement initiatives. Functions as teacher, advisor, project manager, facilitator, event designer and member of planning and leadership teams. Assess project complexity and requirements and negotiates consulting support based on assessment. Identifies project resources and ensure proper infrastructure for success. Facilitates creation and use of project plan, timeline and risk mitigation strategy. Works to close out project activities and ensure smooth transition of activities for sustainment.
