We offer a product that allows customers to maintain their Company Portfolio Information. We act as an extension of the product as a resource who customers can contact to update information in their database, pull Org Charts, Upload Documents, audit the data for missing information, etc. We help maintain the data in their database. We also provide mini training sessions on the product through screensharing. We also answer questions customers have about how to use the product.

My position consisted of filing/tracking Annual Reports for companies and their subsidiaries to keep them compliant at the various Secretary of State offices. I answered a high volume of incoming questions from customers, both internal and external daily. At the end of every month we bill out our services provided that month, this included credit memos and payment application at times. My customer base is a little over 90 customers that I maintain monthly. I helped train new hires. I created tutorials for training and helped train offshore vendor. Analyzed our workflows and provided feedback.
