As a director there are all the usual duties associated with the smooth running of a successful manufacturing business: together with my specific responsibilities which include the inception and development of new products ideas and transition through to production. Quality assurance and control also come under my remit. Centurion manufacture and trade in safety products focused on 'above the neck' which range from safety helmets through to respiratory protection.

Life at Molecular started with project management of a single project followed by the leadership of the entire business new product development programme. A year stint leading a manufacturing cell taught me a lot. Technical directorship was the next challenge, shortly followed by the extension of my responsibilities to Quality Control and Technical Customer Support. Having reorganised Quality to drive a move from Quality Control a Quality Assurance culture; the latest extension of my role in these challenging times is culture change and introduction of continuous improvement into the Operational area. ........
