Office Management:• Purchase and maintain office and kitchen supplies inventory.• Filing and records management.• Liaison between office and vendors.• Plan and coordinate company events.• Make business travel arrangements for air, accommodations and car rental.Bookkeeping:• Handle all bookkeeping responsibilities including cash management, reconciling to the general ledger, financial statements preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and client billing.• Bank and account reconciliations.• Post journal entries.• Create and maintain financial forecast Excel spreadsheet.• Track job costs.• Continually monitor cash flow.• Implement cost-saving measures wherever possible.Human Resources:• Prepare and submit payroll information to an outside processing company on a semi-monthly basis.• Perform the duties of human resource manager, maintaining all related employee files and documentation.• Address employer provided health insurance issues as needed.Marketing:• Get familiar with marketing strategies and social media.
