• Managed a pre and post school literacy tutoring program utilizing for over 150 students• Developed and implemented a Dropout Prevention Intervention Program for over 85 highschool students by tracking attendance, grades, attitude towards school and parental relationships• Established personal plans for underserved youth to reach life goals, then breaking down to weekly steps

• Managed a mentor program for 6th graders to encourage students to lead healthy lifestyles • Taught a 12 step life skills course, ‘Go Girl Go’ covering topics such as: drug prevention, anti-bullying, weight maintenance, stress management, dating, depression, and anger management• Conducted Mentor Training Program to empower volunteers to connect with their mentees
