I am passionate about the training and development of people. I have extensive experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring in the Aviation, Commercial Insurance, Personal and Health Insurance and Advertising industries.My approach to leadership is to guide rather than always provide the answers. This approach empowers team members to "think on their feet" enabling them to make their own decisions because adults don't argue with their own data. I offer coaching counterparts the right levels of support and challenge increasing the levels of love, wealth and freedom in their lives by discovering their own potential. I design and deliver innovative and creative learner centred training programs that are certain to "release the prisoners" from boring training sessions.Throughout my career I have demonstrated my ability to communicate effectively at all levels from frontline staff to executive managers and as a result have been able to assist my counterparts to become solution focused and goal oriented.My passion for working with people has led me to complete an accreditation as an Executive Coach.
