• Design and deploy security policies and procedures across a wide variety of environments to present the best possible standards of confidentiality, integrity and availability. • Present suggested security changes to clients in a transparent manner in an effort to balance business use with an acceptable security posture; manage client relationships and develop strong connections. • Manage projects, deployments and service tickets while efficiently communicating with clients, vendors and upper management. • Triage alerts and review logs while ensuring SLAs are adequately met; taking escalations and prioritizing tickets as needed based on the impact to business functions and overall security.

• Managed multiple teams of service technicians in a manner that efficiently served clients and simultaneously developed the team members• Assisted with interview, hiring and training new technicians; developed documentation and standard operating procedures for a wide variety of environments, platforms and knowledge levels• Served as an escalation point for service tickets from other technicians, completing complex troubleshooting while maintaining communication with clients.
