Lead recruiting function for Cargill Meat Solutions business based out of Wichita, KS. Filled over 700 jobs annually, both through external hiring, internal mobility and campus hiring. Brought the function back from near extinction following several years of hiring freezes. Starting from its corporate headquarters in Wichita, Kan., and spreading out to more than 50 locations, Cargill Meat Solutions and its affiliated companies operate state-of-the-art processing plants, distribution services and sales offices in strategic locations across four continents. The business has multiple Business Units including Beef, Turkey, Pork and others and employs over 35,000 people across the globe.

I covered the Midwest Market Unit for Pepsi Bottling Group, which covers 2 states, Kansas and Nebraska, with 10 locations, including 2 bottling plants, one union and one non-union.

I was the Site HR Manager for GE Plastics' second largest manufacturing facility in the US in Selkirk, NY. This position supported the Business Leader for the Noryl product line, the Plant Manager for the Selkirk site, as well as the Noryl Global Technology Leader, with about 550 total employees in my client group.
