Consolidated client service functions from 3 legacy companies to implement best practices and increase client retention, reduced employee attrition by 90%, developed forecasting tools and budgets on a client basis allowing more visibility to revenue and variances, and implemented cross selling initiatives.

Responsible for all financial and accounting functions during due diligence process which included numerous prospective buyers. As an active leadership team member, guided company owners in financial decisions during acquisition process and revenue recognition discussions. Responsible for all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual close process.

Implemented ERP system at multiple manufacturing sites while consolidating corporate office and field operations. Served as a key financial member of consolidation team during centralization of accounting and operational functions. Recruited, trained and developed team of staff accounts to deploy consolidated accounting organization throughout the US.
