As a current Culinary Management student, and as the daughter of a chef, I have always been very exposed to the food industry. I’ve worked as a wedding planner for many years, teaming up with incredible kitchen teams to flawlessly execute weddings and other large events! As someone who has been most aligned with the service side of the hospitality industry in my career, I was inspired to return to school to better understand the back-of-house side of events.I am a strong liaison between the servers who report to me and the kitchen team, constantly coordinating between the two groups to ensure a smooth food flow throughout the course of any event. I am great at delegating tasks, and constantly on top of my team to ensure every aspect of service is completed well and in a timely manner. With a flair for finesse and an eye for style, I always ensure that our clients' needs are exceeded, and that all guests enjoy the elevated experience they deserve!However, my job starts long before the event. I have a passion for developing strong personal relationships with clients, and I diligently communicate with them to ensure they feel fully taken care of. It is my duty to make sure every element of their wedding day is taken care of including rental orders, equipment, and of course their décor! There is nothing I find more rewarding than helping our clients’ visions come to life on their big day.
