Mandy Sears | Product Specialist | Product Marketing Industrial CompressorsWith a passion for oil-lubricated rotary screw compressors, I currently work as a Product Specialist at Gardner Denver, where I collaborate with sales, forecast demand, develop and launch new product development, and manage marketing materials. Over the past year, I have successfully launched new two-stage oil-lubricated rotary screw compressors, managed our annual operating plan and demand forecasting, and effectively collaborated with intercompany teams. My expertise lies in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, demand forecasting, new product development, project management, creating innovated marketing material, and developing a robust annual operating plan. I thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments. I am particularly proud of the launch of our 200-300HP, two-stage, rotary screw compressors in May of 2024.Looking ahead, I am currently pursuing MBA and will graduate in February of 2026.
