• Liaison between suite guests, food service and suite staff.• Pre-race suite inspection for optimal suite enjoyment, comfort and safety.• Post-race suite inspection and lockdown.• Employ and manage event staff in the Victory Lane Club Public Suites• Responsible for event staff payroll and event uniform distribution• Responsible for maintenance and visual representation of VLC Suites• Print and distribute VLC, Lone Star Tower Condo tickets/contracts and Speedway Club Suite ticket packages• Assist Fan Relations with calls and daily activities as needed• Help build collateral material such as emails, flyers, event invites, etc.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Serve as primary contact for Speedway Club and Condo ticket holders.• Responsible for all sales and mailing of tickets in Condo and Speedway Club suites and grandstand seating, upgrades, parking, etc.• Ticket box office and counter sales, customer service, cash handling, balancing and deposits• Bulk UPS mail outs and tracking, responsible for all returned mail, reprints/replacement of parking, tickets and camping• Credential, coupon and gift card sales and redemption• Data Entry• Responsible for all new hire training
