What ignited my interest in design and technology was the first touch on basic HTML to personalize my Xanga blog. When I and my university mates designed and developed the codes for a course assignment which turned into a workable booking system, I felt that's very cool. In the course of my career, I have been involved in delivering multiple digital platforms. These platforms have helped improving the ways of working for colleagues from over 40 countries globally, driving business growth for organizations, creating greater values to customers, and offering a more convenient and efficient way to manage MPF for employers as well as 3 millions employees in our society.  I've enjoyed addressing needs/problems for stakeholders using design thinking principles and human-centered design approach to create solutions for them. It gives me great joy when my work have made positive impact on people's lives.
