Providing labor quotes is an integral part of this business. - Improved the tracking of claims being paid by implementing additional programming within MAPICS. - Improve supplier recovery as a percent of warranty by identifying correct parts to be returned for recovery, refurbish programs, recycling, and prevention of customer abuse.
