I was originally hired to be part of the 1st level Help Desk support. I would answer and troubleshoot calls. I assisted with ID administration and support. I moved into a team lead position that scheduled and coordinated employee, contractor and vendor daily tasks. After the team lead role I was moved into a level 2 technical support analyst. I continued to provide software and hardware support. I began creating scripts using Novell and then transitioned into using WISE Package Studio with the deployment tool of Altiris. I built and modifed scripts, provide technical assistance for Desktop Support and Executive Support and manage projects.

I was managing employees and contractors day to day tasks to make sure they were providing the necessary technical assistance needed for the company to maintain functionality. I provided training to Help Desk staff and ID Administration team. Maintained and updated reports on a daily basis.
