In 2004 I co-founded Camp Looking Glass, Inc. A sleep away camp for children and adults with special needs in the Mississippi Delta. For the past four years I've dedicated my time to establishing CLG as a 501c3. We received our 501c3 status in September of 2007. I write grants and establish and maintain donor relationships. This is a part-time volunteer position. I do it because I am passionate about the organization, and the community and individuals we provide for.

I am studying to receive my M.Ed in Early Childhood Education and Creative Arts In Learning. I believe that children strive in a passionate, creative, and visually enriching environment with educators who foster a sense of community, and aim to empower their students.
