Complete all Financial reporting for Church and school. Attend all Finance council meetings and school board meetings to provide financial reporting and variance explanations. Prepare budgets for church and school and send timely reporting to Diocese of Austin. Supervise and assist with custodial and parish office staff. Maintain and coordinate all annual inspections of buildings on campus, along with repairs. Responsible for Accounts Payable for both church and school. Complete all HR paperwork for new employees, payroll, 403B, HSA account funding, federal payroll tax payments, 941 submissions, all annual income tax reporting submissions, health insurance paperwork, worker’s compensation and student insurance submissions.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Reconcile monthly insurance benefit and deduction payments. Assist with internal and external audits for district. Benefits coordinator in absence of Payroll Specialist as well as managing all payroll cycles. Add, change, and terminate all employees on district wide system. Assist with Budget analysis. Maintain on-line documentation for multi-million dollar bond package for district wide renovation, including reconciliation, draw schedules, and schedule of future investments.

Oversee all AP, ACH, Wire, and Return Check processes for $5B FCU. Monthly variance analysis of financial statements, fixed asset additions, allocation of entries for credit union. Proficient in AS400, Epicor, Ultipro, Prologue, OnBase, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CETO Cash Management. Member of core conversion team consisting of daily testing and processing of new core system. Assist in internal and external audits for organization. Responsible for assisting in multiple project implementations within department including paperless Accounts Payable payment implementation using OnBase and Epicor, Cash Management system using CETO, and FNMA integration process.
