Assisting customers with book orders, liasing with distributor on book orders, pull daily and monthly sales reports, stock reports, balance stock to inventory control, both local and international clients as well as all other admin duties.Managing stationery and office groceries.

Preparing invoices for two companies, Creating payments for creditors (3 x companies), debt collection, bank recons, GL, journals, Balance stock of training manuals, stock taking and inventory control monthly, month end procedure incl, provisions, accruals, admin fees, check that all GL accounts balances, check income statement for dept GP’s, ensuring all allocations are done correctly, check balance sheet, preparing financials for accountant up to balance sheet, cash flow, vat recon. Also responsible for ordering of stationery, building maintenance as well as PA to the MD, managing travel arrangements and bookings and keeping appointments
